Speaker Biography
Mr. Matthew Hacker has more than 25 years of experience in water resources planning and local resource development, including recycled water, groundwater, and stormwater. Matthew is currently a Senior Resource Specialist at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California working on innovative project solutions, including Metropolitan's groundbreaking Regional Recycled Water Program. He will be speaking about Metropolitan's role in local resource development, groundwater conditions in Metropolitan's service area, and long-term sustainability of groundwater in Southern California.
